I love solutions like this for fax services. One of the primary determinants that fax will be around for awhile to come is that we can not get over signing documents with a pen to make them official. This is especially true of contracts. This Internet Fax solution by NOVO 1, is a brilliant implementation. The solution emphasizes good sales and marketing techniques, by getting the contract in the hand of the prospect immediately and tagging it so it stays with the rep responsible. Fax services whether they be servers or Fax over IP, must make this one component of their strategy. Integrated customers are very sticky.

I looked on NOVO 1′s site for more information on this and all I found was the press release. I highly recommend that they make it a public component of the sales services they offer, so customers know they are getting more for their money and will se better results.
