It must be interesting having your base salary published for the world to see. I guess when you are getting a quarter of a mil per year, then you don’t mind. With the margins in the Internet Fax business, that amount is nothing.
Griggs, 52, succeeds Scott Turicchi, who will remain as co-president. The company said Turicchi will focus on acquisitions and public company matters.
Griggs will also assume the responsibilities of chief accounting officer from Gregg Kalvin.
In an SEC filing, the company said Griggs has been a financial consultant for various companies since November 2004. Before that she was chief financial officer for Internet security company SonicWall Inc. and software company QAD Inc.
Her annual base salary will be $250,000.
