Those are excellent points and I love the strategy. It makes a lot of sense to go after the large quantity users first. Plus, it means you can spread it virally to other users as well.

Thanks for noticing us. Now with almost 70,000 users, I can say we agree that the time may not be here for electronic or digital signatures — on their own. Replacing one multistep process with another, as you note, on its own in the end is only a marginal benefit.
